To adapt this legal framework for Snap Dabba, we need to maintain the "Intermediary" model while shifting the focus toward your specific brand identity as a food delivery company. Since you are the founder, this version clarifies the relationship between the platform, the home chefs (vendors), the delivery partners, and the customers.
Snap Dabba – Terms of Service
Snap Dabba is a mobile application providing an online marketplace that connects independent Home Chefs with Users looking for authentic, home-cooked meals. The Snap Dabba platform is owned, designed, and operated by [Your Parent Company Name] (hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” “We,” or “Us”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Snap Dabba application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our associated policies (Privacy, Cancellation, and Refund).
1. Definitions

“Users/Buyers”: Individuals registered to purchase meals via the platform.

“Home Chefs/Vendors”: Independent food suppliers responsible for meal preparation and FSSAI compliance.

“Meals”: Food and beverages prepared by registered Home Chefs.

“Delivery Partners”: Independent third-party contractors providing logistics services.
2. Nature of Service
Snap Dabba acts strictly as an Intermediary. We facilitate the connection between Buyers, Home Chefs, and Delivery Partners.

Platform Services: We provide the digital infrastructure to list, discover, and pay for meals.

Delivery Services: We connect you with independent delivery entrepreneurs. Snap Dabba does not employ delivery partners; they work on a principal-to-principal basis.
3. Home Chef (Vendor) Obligations
By listing on Snap Dabba, Home Chefs agree to:

Availability: Update leave dates and order capacity via the Snap Dabba Admin panel.

Quality & Hygiene: Adhere to FSSAI safety requirements. Snap Dabba is not liable for health issues arising from food consumption; liability rests solely with the Home Chef.

Commercials: Accept that all contractual terms (price, menu, ingredients) are between the Chef and the Buyer. Snap Dabba collects a commission for facilitating the lead and providing the platform.

Branding: Use Snap Dabba branded packaging for all orders forwarded through the platform.

KYC: Complete all mandatory identity and bank verification before payouts are processed.
Note on Ratings: To maintain Snap Dabba’s reputation, Home Chefs whose average rating falls below 2.5/5.0 (after a minimum of 50 reviews) will be automatically de-platformed.
4. User (Buyer) Terms

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

Order Types:

Daily Orders: For immediate consumption (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner).

Advance Orders: Placed up to 2 days in advance.

Risk: Users acknowledge that food images on the app are for representation. The actual meal may vary visually.

Delivery: Delivery times are estimates. Once a meal is handed to the Delivery Partner, Snap Dabba’s primary liability ends, except where merchant product liability subsists.
5. Privacy & Data Handling
Snap Dabba collects information (Name, Email, Location) to:

Disclosure: We may share data with government authorities if required by law or to investigate suspected illegal activities.
6. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
Snap Dabba is not responsible for:

Losses due to Home Chef non-performance.

Incorrect orders or taste preferences.

Delays caused by Force Majeure (Acts of God, war, fire, flood, or government restrictions).
7. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the laws of the State of Haryana, India. In the event of a conflict, an arbitrator will be appointed to determine rights and liabilities, with exclusive jurisdiction held by the courts in Gurugram/Haryana.
